Job Description
We have immediate vacancies for two Account Managers to join our rapidly growing team with a salary of £20,000- £25,000 pa dependant on experience, OTE of £50,000- £60,000 plus benefits.
You will be responsible as the primary contact for existing customers ensuring client satisfaction whilst managing and developing both new and existing customers. You will expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to all assigned clients, identify client needs and communicate existing and new services to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
Main duties will include working closely with the customer service manager to ensure that C4L's high standard of customer service is met across the board, liaising with customers to make certain that any arising issues are dealt with promptly and in a professional manner, conduct account reviews with assigned customers on a regular basis to review service requirements identifying specific customer needs. Provide regular communication to customers ensuring that they are kept informed and up to date of new and existing services available through the Company. You need to understand the clients business in detail in order to find areas to cross sell their services, ultimately saving them money. You will be expected to regularly visit customers ensuring business relationship are built and maintained.
Essential Skills:
- 5 or more GCSE's at grade A*- C to include Maths and English.
- Technical knowledge and an understanding of internet and infrastructure related services.
- An understanding of some of the following areas: virtualisation, cloud, storage platforms, networks, Cisco, firewalls, colocation BGP, backup and operation systems.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- The ability to manage your own workload
- Ability to work well alone using own initiative and proactive approach to work but also a key team member.
- Thorough and have excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent telephone and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proven track record in Account Management.
- Experience in working in a target driven role.
Advantageous
- Knowledge of the IT industry
- Previous experience within a similar organisation
- ITIL Foundation, Prince 2 Certification or equivalent qualification
