Bournemouth Based IT Specialist Keeps On Growing

Bournemouth based Internet Service Provider C4L (previously Connexions 4 London) has continued its rapid expansion with the recruitment of a further 3 members of staff – now totalling 21 staff altogether. The company has grown its business by 100% year on year, since its inception in 2000. The latest to join the company are Andrew Sturmey and David Wilkinson joining the Technical team and Matt Watts joining the Marketing team.
Andrew joins C4L as a Systems and Network Engineer after 9 years at Poole based IT Consultant Deverill, where he had ascended to the level of Senior Technical Consultant. Having gained certifications including CCSP (Cisco Certified Security Professional), VCP (VMware Certified Professional) and MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) Andrew possesses a wide range of proficiencies across both software and hardware.
Matt joins C4L as a Marketing Coordinator, having previously worked with Dorset based hardware specialists Stonewood. Matt studied marketing at Southampton University and carried this interest through into his career.
David joins C4L as a First Line Support Engineer, having progressed to Second Line Support Engineer in his 2 years working with Torex. David had previously studied Computing and gained an AVCE in ICT at College and the CompTIA A+ certification. He is currently working towards the MCDST and the MCSE qualifications.
Managing director Matt Hawkins enthuses "we have come a long way since the set-up of our company to where we are now. We now have 100's of clients ranging from IT consultants right through to blue chip and FTSE 100 organisations, based locally, nationally and internationally. We are also on course for 100% expansion in 2009, so watch this space."
