C4L Named as One of Britain's Fastest-Growing Technology Firms in the 2011 Sunday Times Microsoft Tech Track 100
Posted: 20.9.11
C4L, a UK-based internet infrastructure solutions provider, today announced that it has been listed in The Sunday Times Microsoft Tech Track 100 for the first time. C4L has been ranked alongside companies such as price comparison website Gocompare, and music recognition services provider Shazam.
"It is a great achievement to be one of just five companies from the South West listed in the Tech Track 100," commented Matt Hawkins, managing director and founder of C4L. "Internet infrastructure is becoming increasingly important as more and more organisations become heavily reliant on online services and connectivity in order to run their business. With the adoption of cloud computing increasing and more and more applications and services being delivered away from organsiations' own premises, we've seen a huge growth in our customer base over the past three years. We will, of course, continue to provide the support, flexibility and range of services organisations require to successfully run their businesses."
Now in its eleventh year, The Sunday Times Microsoft Tech Track 100 ranks Britain's 100 fastest-growing private technology companies according to their sales growth over a three-year period. In order to qualify companies need to be unquoted, independent and registered in Britain. The league table adopts the London Stock Exchange's techMARK definition of what constitutes a technology company.
C4L is a data centre, internet and connectivity services provider. As well as owning a high speed fibre network, C4L has a presence in over 40 data centres across the UK and Europe. C4L provides its customers with an all encompassing solution, offering huge cost savings, greater innovation and peace of mind, with a minimum SLA of 99.95%.
