Environment

C4L is growing rapidly which means that there is huge opportunity for growth within the organisation. C4L very much looks to grow its own talent with many of the managers being promoted up into their current roles.

C4L has been in its offices since 2009 when we refurbished the floor; the office is very modern and centrally located we have a small gym for employees and as we are located on the 7th floor we can even see the sea!

Team building is important at C4L and we regularly get together for cinema evenings, meals, sailing days or even just a drink after work in the sunshine.

Training Opportunities

Training and development is paramount at C4L. There are lots of courses available whether it technical skills such as product and systems training and where possible depending on the role C4L like to support professional qualifications too such as CIMA, CIPD, CMI, CCNA and CISCO.
