The Birmingham data centre is connected directly to the national grid via two 11kV connections, each fed from separate sub-stations as it pays to plan ahead. The site also uses two independent critical power distribution systems per data floor ensuring your equipment is protected in the event of any unexpected incident and to allow the execution of an extensively planned preventative maintenance programme.
