What Services are Supported With C4L's Managed Switches?
We can provide services such as:
- External Internet routing, including the setting up of redundant transit providers - BGP
- Internal Routing to optimise internal LAN and build in redundancy – OSPF, ISIS, RSTP/PVST
- Adding extra bandwidth and redundancy without purchasing additional hardware - LACP
- Adding Quality of service for the internal LAN (ideal for VoIP providers/users) - QoS/CoS
- Adding basic security features - Static ACLs
- Any mix of 10/100/1000/10G copper or fibre Ethernet interfaces
Hardware Considerations
C4L can purchase hardware on your behalf for a one off fee, or lease agreement. We can also purchase Cisco SMARTnet for such devices, this gives us the ability to diagnose faults with the equipment and, if purchased, you will benefit from a 4 hour faulty hardware replacement facility.
